Basic Life Insurance and Accidental Death and Dismemberment. (a) The Group Life Insurance Plan shall provide coverage at the level of two (2) times regular salary with a minimum coverage of $100,000 per employee. The Employer shall pay 100% of the premium cost of this plan.
