If the Long Term Disability benefits are no longer available to you due to your attainment of the normal retirement age, but you would have been eligible for continued Long Term Disabil- ity Benefits based on credited service had you not attained the normal retirement age, the plan provides that of Life Insurance will be continued into retirement with yearly reduc- tions of at after five years. Effective November I, for those who retire after November I, the plan provides that of Life Insurance will be continued into retirement. Change to an Individual Policy During the days following termination of your employ- ment, you may change your Group Life Insurance, without a medical examination, to one of a number of individual life policies. The policy will be effective at the end of the period, and the premiums will be the same as you would ordinar- ily pay if you applied for an individual policy at that time. If you die during this 3 l-day period, your Group Life Insurance will be paid whether or not you have applied for an individual policy.
