Basic Service Requirements. The Contractor shall provide management procedures for handling inquires and complaints and procedures. The Contractor shall provide system capability and/or procedures to ensure timely accessibility of information by City.
Basic Service Requirements a) Provide on-call, on-site master service repair or assessment as needed 7 days week for the duration of the agreement.
b) Provide a central point of contact (and alternate) 7 days a week through whom communications will be directed and who will be responsible for monitoring quality assurance and performance issues on behalf of the Respondent.
c) Provide helpdesk service during regular business hours (i.e. 8 am – 5 pm Monday through Friday) to determine the nature of a service problem; dispatch the on-site service technician with the necessary repair parts, reducing the necessity to have multiple service trips.
