Basic Services By Project Phase. 3.01.01 Consultant agrees to: (A) Provide complete professional architectural, engineering and/or other professional design services set forth in the Phases enumerated hereinafter and all necessary personnel, equipment and materials to perform services; (B) Complete those design services in accordance with the project schedule (Attachment 1, Project Schedule, as attached to this Exhibit A), (C) complete those services that will deliver a facility (or facilities) within County's established budget for the project (Attachment 4, Project Budget, as attached to this Exhibit A) and (D) Participate in the Contract Administrator's programs of Value Engineering and Constructability Reviews throughout Phases I (Schematic Design), Phase II (Design Development) and Phase III (Contract Documents).

Basic Services By Project Phase. 3.01.01 Consultant agrees to: (A) Provide complete professional architectural, engineering and/or other professional pre-design services set forth in the Phases and/or tasks enumerated hereinafter and all necessary personnel, equipment and materials to perform services; (B) Complete those programming services, project needs assessments for both the Medical Examiner’s Office and BSO Crime Laboratory, site utilization analysis with potential layouts and use scenarios, project schedule and “order of magnitude” estimating services, (C) complete those services that will deliver a comprehensive study and recommendations for a Medical Examiner’s Office and BSO Crime Lab Combined Facility.

  • Construction Phase Services 3.1.1 – Basic Construction Services

  • Design Phase Services § 3.2.1 The Architect shall review the program and other information furnished by the Owner, and shall review laws, codes, and regulations applicable to the Architect’s services.

  • Design Development Phase Services 3.3.1 Based on the Owner’s approval of the Schematic Design Documents, and on the Owner’s authorization of any adjustments in the Project requirements and the budget for the Cost of the Work, the Architect shall prepare Design Development Documents for the Owner’s approval. The Design Development Documents shall illustrate and describe the development of the approved Schematic Design Documents and shall consist of drawings and other documents including plans, sections, elevations, typical construction details, and diagrammatic layouts of building systems to fix and describe the size and character of the Project as to architectural, structural, mechanical and electrical systems, and other appropriate elements. The Design Development Documents shall also include outline specifications that identify major materials and systems and establish, in general, their quality levels.

  • Development Phase contractual phase initiated with the approval of ANP for the Development Plan and which is extended during the Production Phase while investments in xxxxx, equipment, and facilities for the Production of Oil and Gas according to the Best Practices of the Oil Industry are required.

  • Schematic Design Phase Services § 3.2.1 The Architect shall review the program and other information furnished by the Owner, and shall review laws, codes, and regulations applicable to the Architect’s services.

  • Project Maintenance The Local Government shall be responsible for maintenance of locally owned roads and locally owned facilities after completion of the work. The State shall be responsible for maintenance of the state highway system after completion of the work if the work was on the state highway system, unless otherwise provided for in existing maintenance agreements with the Local Government.

  • Preconstruction Phase Services Preconstruction Phase Services shall mean all services described in Article 3.1, and any similar services described in the Request for Proposals, including such similar services as are described in the Construction Manager at Risk’s Response to the Request for Proposals to the extent they are accepted by Owner, but excluding any Early Work. Early Work shall be considered part of Construction Phase Services.

  • System Maintenance The Trust understands that USBFS will perform periodic maintenance to the System(s), which may cause temporary service interruptions. To the extent possible, USBFS shall notify the Trust of all planned outages and will perform any necessary maintenance during non-business hours.

  • Planned Maintenance (a) Sellers may designate up to twenty (20) Days of Planned Maintenance on Sellers’ Facilities during each Contract Year. Sellers shall be entitled to reduce (including down to zero (0)) its Gas scheduling under Clause 8 and Exhibit 3 for each Day of Planned Maintenance.
