BASIC SERVICES OF GCU, INC. 2.1 General Basic services shall be premised on the following general scope: 2.1.1 GCU, Inc. shall be responsible for the administration of CHIP funds in accordance with the Program Description and for taking actions necessary to successfully carry out all planned program activities. GCU, Inc. further agrees to assume responsibility for compliance with all applicable State and Federal laws and regulations. GCU, Inc. agrees to manage the day-to-day operations of the CHIP-funded program and to monitor all activities to assure compliance with all HOME Regulations, all requirements of the Program Description and related CHIP manuals and all other applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. GCU, Inc. shall ensure that all units assisted with CHIP funds are in compliance with the eligibility and occupancy requirements as set forth in the HOME regulations, the Program Description and all applicable CHIP manuals. GCU, Inc. may perform these services or, with the COUNTY’S prior permission, may secure competent professionals to perform these services.

  • Technical Support Services 2.1 The technical support services (the "Services"): Party A agrees to provide to Party B the relevant services requested by Party B, which are specified in Exhibit 1 attached hereto ("Exhibit 1").

  • Specific Services Contractor shall provide the services described in Exhibit “A” attached hereto.   • ELECTRICAL SERVICES The Company must construct and reticulate electrical requirements for all amenities and facilities. The Company must construct sub-station and distribution boards necessary to reticulate power to all Company owned or leased facilities which provide amenities to the public. The electrical installation must be to the design and installation standards of the State Energy Commission of Western Australia. All electrical reticulation must be placed underground.

  • Interconnection Customer Compensation If the CAISO requests or directs the Interconnection Customer to provide a service pursuant to Articles 9.6.3 (Payment for Reactive Power) or 13.5.1 of this LGIA, the CAISO shall compensate the Interconnection Customer in accordance with the CAISO Tariff.
