The driver will provide details of the transaction including date, time and amount of fare. The Company will investigate and where the transaction can be verified, the driver will be paid. No Batch Close Report – if a driver has lost or misplaced Batch Close report, the Driver is to go straight to Driver Admin (not cashiering). The driver is to bring the receipts (if there is a credit card skip with no signature there is a separate procedure for this below) he has for which he has not batch close. Driver Admin will initiate a “Batch Close Incident Report” which has a control number for future reference. The procedure is as follows: 1. Driver Admin to photocopy all slips and write the control # from the Batch Close Incident Form on the photocopy and date the sheet. The Driver is to keep this in the event of a dispute or apparent non-payment in account. 2. Driver Admin will complete the top copy of the report, attach a copy of the slips. The driver will complete the bottom part of the report and sign it. 3. Management will need 72 hours (three business days) from the date of Incident Report to investigate the transaction has been settled in the POS unit. 4. Providing management confirms the transaction is complete, the slips will be credited to the Driver’s account and a receipt will be printed. A copy of the receipt is attached to the Batch Close Incident Report. The Control # from the Form is entered when the amount is credited for reference. A receipt can be printed at that time by a cashier. 5. In the event that a driver does not have a Batch Close and presents a credit card slip with no signature the following will apply. 6. If the driver experiences a problem with the Batch Close or operation of the unit, the driver is to bring unit to the office during normal business hours. Management will investigate the issue and call driver to reissue the unit, completing paperwork for the replacement unit which the driver will sign for. Whenever the Dispatch Supervisor receives a complaint that a fare, either dispatched to the complainant or from within the same block of a taxi stand/concession on which the complainant is parked, has been stolen and the identification of the accused is made known, the Supervisor shall: (a) Bring the accused to voice and notify him/her of the allegations; (b) Where applicable, inform the complainant that the accused wishes to challenge the ...

(c) Securities maintained in the custody of a foreign sub-custodian may be maintained in the name of such entity's nominee to the same extent as set forth in Section 2.3 of this Contract, and the Fund agrees to hold any such nominee harmless from any liability as a holder of record of such securities.

  • CONTRACTS WITH ELIGIBLE FOREIGN CUSTODIANS The Foreign Custody Manager shall determine that the contract governing the foreign custody arrangements with each Eligible Foreign Custodian selected by the Foreign Custody Manager will satisfy the requirements of Rule 17f-5(c)(2).
