Incident Report. Customer reports Incidents through the Exasol support portal or via e-mail to xxxxxxx@xxxxxx.xxx. Outside the Incident Management Times, the report must be additionally provided through the hotline. If Monitoring Service is booked for the respective installation and if Exasol therefore receives an automated “Incident Notification”, Exasol will begin processing the Incident within the Incident Management Times in accordance with the Incident Priorities.

Incident Report. Contractor shall immediately notify Company in the event of any incident resulting in injury to any person or property damage in excess of $500.00 and arising out of the Work. Contractor shall prepare and furnish Company a copy of all incident report within ten (10) calendar days thereof, and when requested, shall furnish Company with a copy of all reports made by Contractor to Contractor’s insurers with respect thereto.
Incident Report. Where the circumstances warrant, Student Housing may issue Resident an administrative incident report that provides Resident written notice of any alleged housing violation or violation of University policy. Depending on the nature of the allegations, the matter may be addressed with Student Housing, through the University’s student conduct process, or reported to the University Police Department or the pertinent law enforcement authority.
