Benefit Contribution Payment. For any ASF Member who separates under this Section, the Employer will deposit in the ASF Member's Health Care Savings Plan account upon separation an amount equivalent to the Employer's expense of health insurance benefits for one (1) year at the premium rate in effect at the time of separation.
