Benefit Limit Change. If the Employer maintains both the Plan and a defined benefit plan which cover one or more of the same Key Employees and the plans are Top-Heavy in a Plan Year, then Section 6.5(c) and (j) hereof shall be amended to substitute "one hundred percent (100%)" for the number "one hundred and twenty-five percent (125%)" where the latter appears therein.
