BENEFIT ON DEATH. Upon the death of a Member whilst being covered under the Scheme, the ‘Assurance’ then in force shall become payable on production of Proof of Death and Proof of Age, the INSURANCE COMPANY shall pay the Sum under the Assurance. INSURANCE COMPANY shall issue the Cheque / make payment through electronic mode in the name of the Nominee(s)/ Legal Heir(s) of the deceased member, to be sent to the concerned DCCBs for administrative purpose/convenience only.

BENEFIT ON DEATH. On the death of the employee the employer shall pay the employee’s surviving relatives a lump sum equal to the tax-free level for this situation of three times the monthly salary on the day of death, including holiday bonus and the annual bonus. This payment is also deemed to include the amount due to the surviving relatives pursuant to article 7:674 of the Dutch Civil Code and any other conditions concerning statutory sickness and occupational disability insurances. The term surviving relatives is given to mean the partner from whom the employee was not separated on a permanent basis or, in the absence of such partner, the minor legitimate or natural children.

  • Vacation Credits Upon Death Earned but unused vacation entitlement shall be made payable, upon termination due to death, to the employee's dependent, or where there is no dependent, to the employee's estate.

  • Payment on Death If an employee dies who was entitled to accumulated annual leave under the provisions of this Article, the heirs of such deceased employee shall be paid an amount of money equal to the number of unused hours of annual leave earned or accrued multiplied by the hourly rate of such deceased employee.

  • Re-employment After Retirement Employees who have reached retirement age as prescribed under the Pension (Municipal) Act and continue in the Employer's service, or are re-engaged within three (3) calendar months of retirement, shall continue at their former increment step in the pay rate structure of the classification in which they are employed, and the employee's previous anniversary date shall be maintained. All perquisites earned up to the date of retirement shall be continued or reinstated.

  • Normal Retirement Date The date on which the Executive attains age sixty-five (65).

  • Normal Retirement Unless Separation from Service or a Change in Control occurs before Normal Retirement Age, when the Executive attains Normal Retirement Age the Bank shall pay to the Executive the benefit described in this section 2.1 instead of any other benefit under this Agreement. If the Executive’s Separation from Service thereafter is a Termination with Cause or if this Agreement terminates under Article 5, no further benefits shall be paid.

  • Termination upon Death This entire Agreement will terminate immediately without further action of the parties upon the death of a natural person who is a party to this Agreement, or a general partner of a partnership that is a party to this Agreement.

  • Disability Retirement If, as a result of your incapacity due to physical or mental illness, You shall have been absent from the full-time performance of your duties with the Company for 6 consecutive months, and within 30 days after written notice of termination is given You shall not have returned to the full-time performance of your duties, your employment may be terminated for "Disability." Termination of your employment by the Company or You due to your "Retirement" shall mean termination in accordance with the Company's retirement policy, including early retirement, generally applicable to its salaried employees or in accordance with any retirement arrangement established with your consent with respect to You.

  • Normal Retirement Age Normal Retirement Age shall mean the date on which the Executive attains age sixty-five (65).
