Benefits and Insurance Plan Sample Clauses

Benefits and Insurance Plan a) The Company shall implement a group insurance plan. The terms and conditions of the plans shall be governed by the master agreement between the Company and the insurance carrier. The Company may change carriers at any time, provided the change in carriers does not result in any reduction of benefits to employees. While the Company will exercise its best efforts to assist employees with processing claims, the Company is not the insurer or the guarantor of the benefits provided under the insurance agreement. Any dispute relating to a claim is to be resolved by the employee and the insurance company and, therefore, is not a grievable matter.
