Benefits during Leave without Regular Pay. All accrual of leaves, City contributions and benefits will be suspended at the end of 45 calendar days after the leave of absence begins, except as provided in this MOU and applicable law. This includes leaves without pay, suspensions, injury leave and military leave. All accounts, contributions and benefits will resume upon return from leave.
