Holiday Closures Clause Samples
The Holiday Closures clause defines the periods during which a business or service will not operate due to recognized holidays. It typically lists specific dates or types of holidays when normal operations are suspended, and may outline how these closures affect deadlines, deliveries, or service availability. This clause ensures that all parties are aware of and can plan for interruptions in service, thereby preventing misunderstandings and disputes related to holiday-related business closures.
