Benefits for Employees Working Less Than Full Time. For teachers working less than full time but more than or equal to half time, the Corporation’s obligation to make a contribution towards insurance premium costs shall be the same as full-time teachers. For teachers working less than half time, the Corporation's contribution towards medical, vision, and dental insurance premium costs shall be made on a pro rata basis equivalent to the fraction of the day or contractual year in which they work.
