Common use of Benefits for Temporary Full-Time and Auxiliary Employees Clause in Contracts

Benefits for Temporary Full-Time and Auxiliary Employees. (a) Temporary Full-Time Employees not covered by paragraph 3(b) below and all Auxiliary Employees shall be entitled to twelve percent (12%) of their regular earnings in lieu of all benefits. Upon actually working one thousand two hundred (1200) hours in two (2) consecutive calendar years, such employees shall have their pay in lieu of all benefits increased to sixteen percent (16%) of their regular earnings. Such premium payments shall be considered in lieu of all employee benefits, including those providing for time off with pay.
