Benefits on Leave. No combined employee benefits (sick leave, disability leave, workers’ compensation, or jury duty) will allow a teacher to gain in excess of 100% of existing daily rate of salary. If an employee is eligible to receive workers’ compensation, the District’s obligation to pay sick leave benefits shall be reduced by the amounts actually received from workers’ compensation benefits.
