Bidding for Vacancies or New Positions. An Employee shall be entitled to bid for a vacancy or new position by means of written application or facsimile. An Employee who will be absent from the workplace may make written application for any anticipated postings through Human Resources. Such requests shall remain in effect for up to thirty (30) calendar days. All applications for positions must be received by Human Resources by 11:59 P.M. hours on the closing date for the job posting.
