Billing and Payment Records. To facilitate payment and verification, Seller and Buyers shall keep all books and records necessary for billing and payments in accordance with the provisions of Article 9 and grant the other Party reasonable access to those records. All records of Seller pertaining to the operation of the Facility shall be maintained at the Site or in an office of Seller.

Billing and Payment Records. To facilitate payment and verification, AER and CL&P shall keep all books and records necessary for billing and payments (as well as verification of the same) and grant the other Party reasonable access to those records during regular business hours and with reasonable notice. Billing and Payment Records. To facilitate payment and verification, Seller shall maintain all books and records necessary for billing and payments, including without limitation copies of all invoices and curtailment data with respect to the Facility for a period of at least two (2) years, and Seller shall grant Buyer reasonable access to those books, records and data on the premises of the Facility or at the principal place of business of Seller. Subject to the provisions of Section 10.13, Xxxxx may examine such books and records relating to billing and payment transactions under the administration of this Agreement, at any time during the period the records are required to be maintained, upon request with reasonable notice and during normal business hours, for the purpose of verifying Seller’s performance of its obligations under this Agreement.
