Birth Leave. (a) Two (2) days leave of absence with pay shall be granted when an employee's spouse is giving birth to a baby. This two (2) day leave of absence shall be taken within one (1) week from the date of birth. (b) Additional leave of absence without pay may be granted upon request for compassionate reasons.
