The purpose of WhosOnLocation is to keep people and assets safe by giving organisations real-time visibility of who is authorised access to their sites, who is coming on-site, who is actually on-site, and who was on-site. We aim to do this in a way that’s simple, smart and secure.
Purpose of Service. The Company provides a 24x7 emergency on-call service that is specifically and exclusively designed to address and respond to unplanned emergencies that effect the Client's operations.

To avoid or delay placement into long-term care institutions. Remedy Harmful Living Arrangements. To promote the health and safety of the consumer. Crisis Intervention. To assist the consumer through a crisis, if the homemaker service(s) required meet the consumer's needs and can be provided within the guidelines set forth in the applicable rules and regulations.
Purpose of Service. The Parties acknowledge and agree that the purpose of this Agreement is solely to provide to Illinois Power at the Interconnection Points the electric energy necessary to start the Designated Generation Resources following a Blackout and that DMG is assuming no obligations with respect to the Units, the Designated Generation Resources or otherwise except as expressly set forth in this Agreement.
Purpose of Service. The purpose of this service is to fulfil the Local Authorities statutory duties in relation to 6th day provision for excluded pupils and pupils at risk of exclusion. As a part of the Hertfordshire Behaviour Strategy, Primary Behaviour Services are commissioned to provide educational provision for pupils recognised by the Local Authority as at risk of permanent exclusion. This will include: Children Looked After and pupils with identified special educational needs, some of which may on occasions hold an Education, Health and Care Plan. Hertfordshire County Council’s Integration Team in collaboration with local Head Teachers will identify and place pupils that meet the Hertfordshire Behaviour Strategy Tier 4 criteria in the provision. This provision is funded from the High Needs Block and is for targeted specialist early intervention services for primary-aged pupils living in Hertfordshire. • To build capacity and skills in local mainstream schools, to prevent pupils from being excluded, adding value to mainstream schools’ own provision and focus on pupils with high level needs. • Provide high quality and appropriate short-term schooling for pupils who are either permanently excluded or at risk of permanent exclusion. • Support the reintegration process back into mainstream schools or other suitable provision.
Purpose of Service. 1.1. The purpose of this service is to provide pharmacy based emergency contraception to improve access and choice for the residents of Hull (NB CHCP CIC will only fund care for clients with a Hull Postcode). The service will:
1.1.1. deliver emergency hormonal contraception and onward referral as appropriate to CHCP CIC or sub-contracted sexual health and contraception services, ensuring adherence to CHCP CIC agreed protocols and best practice guidance;
1.1.2. Support the reduction of teenage conceptions;
1.1.3. Support the reduction of terminations and repeat terminations and unintended pregnancies;
1.1.4. Reduce the risk of onward transmission of STI with provision of chlamydia postal screening kits;
1.1.5. reduce inequalities in sexual health in line with the Equality Act 2010 and for people living in poverty and/or with social deprivation (e.g. ethnic minorities, people with learning disabilities); and
1.1.6. Assist in the delivery of both local and national contraception and sexual health targets for example via the offer of a postal chlamydia screen for 15-24 year olds.
Purpose of Service. 2.1 The purpose of the Service is to enable the Service Users to use their Personal Budget to take control of their own life and to self-direct their care and support arrangements by providing: assistance, if needed and chosen by the Service User, to enable Service Users to develop their own Support Plan (see section 4 Assisting Service Users to Develop Their Support Plan); support to enable Service Users to manage and implement their Support Plans using their Personal Budget, which may be held and managed by the Provider in the form of an Individual Service Fund or held by the Authority and used to purchase specified care and support Services from the Provider under this Agreement; flexible, personalised direct care and support services to meet the outcomes agreed within the Service User's Support Plan; support to Service Users to access universal services and informal support with clearly understood accountabilities on the parts of the Service User, the Provider and the Authority
Purpose of Service. 3.1 The objective of the Services is to provide a safe, reliable and timely transport provision for identified users. Transport requirements are subject to frequent change and it is therefore important that the service provision is flexible and able to react quickly to changing circumstances and requirements without detriment to quality. All drivers, Passenger assistants and other staff of the Service Provider undertaking the service shall show understanding and empathy towards all Passengers.
3.2 Service Providers are required to provide services for the following: • Transport for children attending special schools, specialist units, mainstream schools and any other educational establishments both within and outside the boundaries of the boroughs. This may be on a daily basis, or on a regular but less frequent basis, or this service may be required on an ad-hoc basis; • Transport for children, to and from respite and/or LAC placement / supervised contact provision both within and outside the boundaries of the boroughs. This may be on a daily basis, or on a regular but less frequent basis, or this service may be required on an ad-hoc basis; • Transport for children where transport has been authorised on medical grounds or social need, both within and outside the boundaries of the boroughs. This may be on a daily basis, or on a regular but less frequent basis, or this service may be required on an ad-hoc basis; • Transport for adults with varying disabilities, to and from community support services, respite centres and other provision both within and outside the boundaries of the boroughs. This may be on a daily basis, or on a regular but less frequent basis, or this service may be required on an ad-hoc basis; • Transport for older people, to and from community support services, respite provision and other provision both within and outside the boundaries of the boroughs. This may be on a daily basis, or on a regular but less frequent basis, or this service may be required on an ad-hoc basis;
Purpose of Service. Anyswap services provide access to platform that currently facilitates the online trading of crypto currencies (including crypto currencies, crypto currency tokens and digital assets) including their sale and purchases (either using INR denominated funds or another form of Digital Assets). Subjects to the conditions set out above, users may utilize the Anyswap services to purchase and/or sell crypto currencies (including, crypto currency tokens and digital assets) to and from each other, using the Anyswap Platform. The authentication of such buyers and sellers is the sole responsibility of the concerned user(s), and Users are required. TRANSACTION FEES Creation of an Account on the Online Platforms and usage of the Online Platforms is free. Trading on the Online Platform is subject to payment of a fee on each transaction executed (" Transaction Fee "). The Transaction Fee chargeable on each trade shall be as provide in the Fee Schedule. Payment of Fees: You authorize us, or our designated payment processor, to charge or deduct funds from your Hosted Wallet for any applicable Fees owed in connection with exchange transactions you complete via the Services.
