Blood Donations An employee may be granted leave with pay, up to a maximum of two (2) hours, for donating blood during regularly scheduled hours of work.
Blood Donation Whenever an employee is called by a Blood Bank to donate blood during the work day as a result of a medical emergency requiring immediate transfusion, rather than blood replacement, that employee shall have the remainder of the day off without loss of pay.
DRUG/ALCOHOL TESTING 8.1 The parties agree that the maintenance of a drug/alcohol free work place is a goal of both the College and the Union. Employees are prohibited from possession, consumption and/or being under the influence of a controlled substance/alcohol while on the College’s premises or during time paid by the employer. Violations of this prohibition may result in a disciplinary action up to and including termination.
School Nurses The location assignment (not hours) of School Nurses will be done in accordance with pupil demographics at the applicable work site(s) and the proximity of the work site(s), unless said assignment is revised pursuant to Section IV-E, F or O.
