Blood Donations and Bone Marrow Registry Testing. Full-time or regularly scheduled part-time employees shall not be unreasonably denied time off without loss of pay or leave for the purpose of making blood donations or undergoing bone marrow registry testing.

  • Blood Donations An employee may be granted leave with pay, up to a maximum of two (2) hours, for donating blood during regularly scheduled hours of work.

  • Blood Donation Whenever an employee is called by a Blood Bank to donate blood during the work day as a result of a medical emergency requiring immediate transfusion, rather than blood replacement, that employee shall have the remainder of the day off without loss of pay.
