Board Approval Criteria. The Board uses the criteria set forth in Section 2.2 of the Joint Development Policies (see Exhibit 1) in evaluating whether to offer sites for Joint Development and to approve or amend a Joint Development Agreement or other material agreement. The Board may also consider any other relevant information provided by staff.
