Common use of Board of Directors Leave Clause in Contracts

Board of Directors Leave. The CCSNH shall authorize up to forty-eight (48) hours per year for one person without loss of time or regular pay for a director and/or officer of the Board of Directors for the State Employees’ Association of New Hampshire, Inc., SEIU Local 1984, for the purpose of attending meetings of the Board of Directors. The employee shall give a seven (7) calendar days’ notice for use of such leave.
