Board of Trustees Meetings. A. The University shall maintain a web page containing a copy of the agenda and supporting materials for each Board meeting and Board committee meeting. Minutes of Board meetings and Board committee meetings shall be posted to the web page. The agenda, supporting materials and minutes shall be posted to the web page at the time same are made available to members of the Board. B. The UFF shall be granted a place on the agenda at each Board meeting for the purpose of addressing any item on the Board's agenda that affects the wages, hours, or other terms and conditions of employment of employees.
