Bond of Contractors. Bonds provided by contractors for construction activities to Rangeview, its Service Provider or the Export Water Contractor may list Land Board as a coinsured. As long as such bonds otherwise comply with Section 12.1 above and list Land Board as coinsured, the contractors shall not be required to obtain any other bonds for the Land Board. Contracts entered into by Rangeview, its Service Provider or the Export Water Contractor which constitute public works shall comply with § 20-00-000, 103.5 and 103.6, 10B C.R.S. (1988 Rplc.).

Bond of Contractors. If activities are to be conducted on land owned by the Land Board within the Xxxxx Range bonds provided by contractors for construction activities shall list the Land Board as a coinsured and shall otherwise comply with Section 9.2.

  • Operating Contracts Subject to the rights of the Timeshare Owners’ Association as set forth in the Timeshare Documents, no Operating Contract shall be modified, extended, terminated or entered into, without the prior written approval of Agent, if any such modification, extension, termination or new agreement could have a material adverse impact on the operation of the Resorts or the Collateral.
