BOOT & JACKET REIMBURSEMENT AND UNIFORM ALLOWANCE. A. Boot & Jacket Reimbursement Employees in the positions of Building Inspector I/II, Building Mechanic I/II, Engineering Aide I, Community Preservation Specialist (if serving more than 50% of work time in the field), Engineering Technician I (if serving more than 50% of work time in the field), Equipment Mechanic I (regular part-time), Equipment Mechanic II, Field Assistant, General Laborer, Landscape Inspector, Landscape & Parks Maintenance Worker I/II, Public Works Inspector, Senior Building Inspector, Senior Building Mechanic, Senior Equipment Mechanic, Senior Landscape Inspector, Senior Landscape & Parks Maintenance Worker, Senior Street Maintenance Worker, Street Maintenance Worker I/II, and Street Maintenance Worker Lead, will be eligible for a sum of $350 annually with the condition that the boots and jacket (if weather conditions warrant) be worn as part of the employee's uniform. The payment will be made as a reimbursement for a sales slip or proof of purchase dated during the term of this agreement.

  • Uniform Allowance Where uniforms are required, the Hospital shall either supply and launder uniforms or provide a uniform allowance of per year in a lump sum payment in the first pay period of November of each year.

  • Meal Reimbursement 1. If an employee is required to work one and one-half (1-1/2) hours before or beyond his/her normal working day or on overtime for emergency purposes or for extended work periods of five (5) or more hours in length on a day that is not the employee’s regular work day, and the employee is not exercising flexible work hours, the employee shall be reimbursed for the actual cost of a meal/food items not to exceed $18.00, plus tip (not to exceed 15%) and applicable taxes. Reimbursement is contingent upon the employee providing receipts.

  • Per Diem Allowance A per diem allowance of seven dollars and thirty-five cents ($7.35) may be claimed for each twenty-four (24) hour period while away from home.

  • Safety Boot Allowance ‌ Effective January 1, 2022, except for temporary and probationary employees, the Employer agrees to pay one hundred and eighty-five dollars ($185.00) in January of each year towards the cost of safety boots for each full time employee requiring them and one hundred ($100.00) dollars for each part time employee requiring them under the Occupational Health and Safety Act and/or by the Employer, provided the Employee is not eligible for safety footwear through the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board.

  • Uniform Maintenance Allowance 22.1 The City provides uniforms or uniform allowance for employees represented by the Association. The City will continue to replace, repair and maintain uniforms worn in the line of duty. The average cost of the uniforms/uniform allowances are reported as special compensation (for those employees defined as “classic employees” by the Public Employees’ Pension Reform Act of 2013 for retirement calculation purposes and is currently reported as $17 per pay period.

  • Overtime Meal Allowances (a) An Employee who is required to work a minimum of two and one-half (2½) hours overtime before or after his/her scheduled hours of work, shall be provided with a meal or shall be reimbursed nine dollars ($9.00). A meal break of one-half (½) hour with pay shall be given at the overtime rate. This section shall not apply to an Employee who is on travel status which entitles him/her to claim for lodging and/or meals.

  • Overtime Meal Allowance ‌ An employee who works two and one-half hours of overtime immediately before or following his/her scheduled hours of work shall receive a meal allowance of seven dollars. One-half hour with pay shall be allowed the employee in order that he/she may take a meal break either at or adjacent to his/her place of work.

  • Travel Reimbursement 2.1 The County will only cover costs associated with travel on vendors outside a 50 mile radius from Xxxxxxxxxx County, Texas.

  • Mileage Reimbursement A. Subject to the current Vehicle Rules and Regulations established by the Board, an employee who is authorized to use a private automobile in the performance of duties shall be reimbursed for each mile driven in the performance of his or her duties during each monthly period as follows:

  • Travel Expense Reimbursement Pricing for services provided under this Contract are exclusive of any travel expenses that may be incurred in the performance of those services. Travel expense reimbursement may include personal vehicle mileage or commercial coach transportation, hotel accommodations, parking and meals; provided, however, the amount of reimbursement by Customers shall not exceed the amounts authorized for state employees as adopted by each Customer; and provided, further, that all reimbursement rates shall not exceed the maximum rates established for state employees under the current State Travel Management Program (xxxx://xxx.xxxxxx.xxxxx.xx.xx/procurement/prog/stmp/). Travel time may not be included as part of the amounts payable by Customer for any services rendered under this Contract. The DIR administrative fee specified in Section 5 below is not applicable to travel expense reimbursement. Anticipated travel expenses must be pre-approved in writing by Customer.
