BOOTH RENTAL FEES. The booth rental fee is determined as follows: a) VENDOR shall pay an initial booth fee based on the size, location and type of the booth which will be calculated as shown in Part 2 of this Agreement; b) food Vendors and special attraction Vendors shall pay a 20% commission based on gross receipts after the deduction of the initial rental fee. Local non-profit organizations shall pay a 15% commission based on gross receipts. A special attraction Vendor is a vendor that offers activities for fair guest participation. Any commission due shall be paid immediately following the closing of the Fair on Sunday, July 23,2017.. Any VENDOR required to pay a commission shall use a cash register for all sales and provide a “Z” tape for each day’s sales with the commission payment. VENDORS must supply their own cash register and shall follow the Cash Register Specifications and Procedures Sheet. To reserve a space for the Columbia County Fair, payment of the rental fee must be made in full by June 1st. There will be a $35 processing fee added to the total amount due for any checks returned for “Non Sufficient Funds”.

  • Rental Fees The Employer agrees to enter into a tool rental agreement with mechanics wherein the Employer shall pay a fee for the employee’s use of such tools in the service of the Employer. The agreement shall be of legal form and shall contain as minimum provisions the following:

  • Rental Fee Is for one day only from 8:00 am to 12:00 midnight. Groups or Individuals requiring more than one day for their event will be charged a rental fee for each day required – no exceptions.

  • Equipment Rental Charges i. The Judicial Council may use either the Contractor’s audio-visual provider or provide for its own audio-visual source to service the Program. Should the Judicial Council use the Contractor’s audio-visual provider, the charges for services and/or equipment provided under this exhibit shall not exceed the amounts set forth in the Contractor’s Audio- Visual and Other Equipment Price List, as attached to this Agreement in Exhibit H. The Contractor shall not charge nor will the Judicial Council pay for audio-visual services and/or equipment that are provided by the Judicial Council.

  • Minimum Rent The defined term “Minimum Rent” set forth in Section 1.66 of the Lease is deleted in its entirety and replaced with the following:

  • Basic Rent The periodic rent payable for the Aircraft throughout the Basic Term pursuant to Section 3.02 of the Lease, adjusted pursuant to Article 3 of the Lease. Basic Term. The period commencing at the beginning of the day on the Delivery Date and ending at the end of the day on July 15, 2023, or such earlier date on which the Lease shall be terminated as provided therein.

  • Base Rent Lessee shall pay Base Rent and other rent or charges, as the same may be adjusted from time to time, to Lessor in lawful money of the United States, without offset or deduction, on or before the day on which it is due under the terms of this Lease.   • Rent Payments Xxxxxx agrees to pay rent to the Landlord during the term of this Lease in equal monthly installments of $975, which shall be paid on or before the first day of the month. Xxxxxx agrees that if rent is not paid in full on or before 1st day of the month, Tenant will pay a late charge of $97.50 as allowed by applicable Georgia law.The prorated rent from the commencement of this Lease to the first day of the following month is $975, which amount shall be paid at the execution of this Lease. Xxxxxx agrees that rent shall be paid in lawful money of the United States via the Xxxxx Residents App. Rent payments shall be made payable to and mailed or delivered to the following address: P.O. Box 17942 Atlanta, GA 30316. All notices from Tenant to Landlord under this Lease and applicable Georgia law shall be delivered to the above address. Xxxxxx agrees that rent will be deemed paid only once Landlord or Landlord’s agent receives the rent monies, either by mail or by delivery to the above address. If there are multiple Tenants signed to this Lease, all such Tenants are jointly, severally and individually bound by, and liable under, the terms and conditions of this Lease. A judgment entered against one Tenant shall be no bar to an action against other Tenants.
