Boots. One pair of boots per year will be provided for mechanics, groundskeepers, skilled maintenance workers and HVAC personnel on a school year (July to June) cycle. The cost per pair of boots will not exceed two hundred dollars ($200) per person. The portion of the cost of boots exceeding two hundred dollars ($200) will be covered by the employee.
