Common use of Break Periods Clause in Contracts

Break Periods. Employees who work six or more hours per day shall take two 10-minute breaks. Employees who work four or five hours per day shall take one 15-minute break. Employees who work three and one half hours or less per day shall not take a break. Breaks will be scheduled by the Manager.

Break Periods. Employees All employees who work six (6) hours or more hours per day shall take be entitled to two (2) ten (10-) minute breaksbreak periods. Employees who work four or five (4) hours but less than six (6) hours per day shall take be entitled to one 15-(1) ten (10) minute breakbreak period. Employees who work three and working overtime shall be entitled to one half (1) additional ten (10) minute break period for each two (2) hours or less per day of overtime worked. The break periods shall not take a break. Breaks will be scheduled by the Managersupervisor.
