Breaking of Ties. Employees with the same beginning date of employment shall have their seniority determined by lot and shall be assigned a “rank” to identify the order of seniority. The individual assigned rank 01 has the greatest seniority among the employees with the same beginning date of employment. The last four digits of each teacher’s Social Security number is used to determine rank.
