Common use of Broadbanded Positions Clause in Contracts

Broadbanded Positions. (a) This clause will not apply to employees at UNSW@ADFA, however, the broadbanding system in place at UNSW@ADFA on the day before the commencement date of this Agreement will continue to apply to those employees.
