Supported wage arrangements. (a) Nothing in this Agreement will prevent the full operation of the Supported Wage System as documented in the Commonwealth Government’s Supported Wage System: Guidelines and Assessment Process as varied from time to time. (b) Staff covered by the Supported Wage System will be paid the greater of $62 per week or a percentage of the relevant base Salary for their class of work which corresponds to their assessed capacity (ranging from 10% to 90%).
Supported wage arrangements. 20.1. Where the Commission engages employees eligible for the Supported Wage System, wages will be paid in accordance with Appendix C and any current rules or guidelines accompanying that System.
Supported wage arrangements. Staff who are eligible for a supported salary and who meet the impairment criteria for the Disability Support Pension will be paid the applicable percentage of the relevant rate for the work value they are performing in accordance with the Special Supported Wage System (Employees with a Disability) Australian Pay and Classification Scale and the following prescribed rates, provided that the minimum amount payable must be not less than $7384 per week (as amended by the Fair Work Commission from time to time).   • Business Arrangements Except as disclosed in the Registration Statement, the Time of Sale Disclosure Package and the Prospectus, neither the Company nor any of its subsidiaries has granted rights to develop, manufacture, produce, assemble, distribute, license, market or sell its products to any other person and is not bound by any agreement that affects the exclusive right of the Company or such subsidiary to develop, manufacture, produce, assemble, distribute, license, market or sell its products.

  • SALARY SACRIFICE ARRANGEMENTS 34.1 Employees covered by this Agreement will have access to salary sacrifice arrangements in addition to the compulsory arrangement detailed above. The requirements of any such arrangements shall ensure that: (a) Accessing a salary sacrifice arrangement is a voluntary decision to be made by the individual Employee. (b) An Employee wishing to enter into a salary sacrifice arrangement will be required to notify their Employer in writing of the intention to do so and have sought expert advice in relation to entering into such an arrangement. (c) The Employer shall meet the cost of implementing the administrative and payroll arrangements necessary for the introduction of salary sacrifice to the Employees under the Agreement. (d) The co-contribution of superannuation payments referred to herein shall be made by way of salary sacrifice arrangements.

  • Distribution Arrangements Subject to compliance with the 1940 Act, the Trustees may retain underwriters and/or placement agents to sell Trust Shares. The Trustees may in their discretion from time to time enter into one or more contracts, providing for the sale of the Shares of the Trust, whereby the Trust may either agree to sell such Shares to the other party to the contract or appoint such other party its sales agent for such Shares. In either case, the contract shall be on such terms and conditions as the Trustees may in their discretion determine not inconsistent with the provisions of this Article IV or the By-Laws; and such contract may also provide for the repurchase or sale of Shares of the Trust by such other party as principal or as agent of the Trust and may provide that such other party may enter into selected dealer agreements with registered securities dealers and brokers and servicing and similar agreements with persons who are not registered securities dealers to further the purposes of the distribution or repurchase of the Shares of the Trust.

  • Management Arrangements 9.1. The Management Arrangements set out the arrangements for the strategic management of the relationship between the Authority and the Contractor, including arrangements for monitoring of the Contractor’s compliance with the Statement of Requirements, the Service Levels, the Award Procedures and the terms of this Framework Agreement. 9.2. The Authority may by notice to the Contractor suspend the Contractor’s appointment to provide Services to Framework Public Bodies for a notified period of time: 9.2.1. if the Authority becomes entitled to terminate this Framework Agreement under clause 42 (Termination Rights) or 43 (Termination on Insolvency or Change of Control); or 9.2.2. in any other circumstance provided for in the Management Arrangements. 9.3. Suspension under clause 9.2 shall terminate upon cessation of all of any circumstances referred to in subclauses 9.2.1 and 9.2.2. 9.4. The Contractor must continue to perform existing Call-off Contracts during any period of suspension under clause 9.2.

  • Flexible Working Arrangements In accordance with the Employment Relations Act 2000, an employee affected by family violence may request a short-term (two months or less) variation of their employment arrangements to assist the employee to deal with the effects of family violence.

  • Flexibility Arrangements 10.1 The Employer and an Employee may agree to make an individual flexibility arrangement to vary a term of the Agreement if the arrangement: (a) only varies the effect of (i) clause 47 Parental Leave (ii) clause 44 Compassionate Leave (iii) clause 46 Jury Service (b) meets the genuine needs of the Employer and Employee in relation to the matter mentioned in clause 10.1 (a) above: (i) is genuinely agreed to by the Employer and Employee; and (ii) is not inconsistent with section 55 of the Fair Work Act. 10.2 The Employer must ensure that the terms of the individual flexibility arrangement: (a) are about permitted matters under section 172 of the Fair Work Act; (b) are not unlawful terms under section 194 of the Fair Work Act; and (c) result in the Employee being better off overall than the Employee would be if no arrangement was made. 10.3 The Employer must ensure that the terms of the individual flexibility arrangement: (a) is in writing; (b) includes the name of the Employer and the Employee; (c) is signed by the Employer and the Employee (if the Employee is under the age of 18, signed by a parent or guardian of the Employee; (d) includes details of: (i) the terms of this Agreement that will be varied by the arrangement; (ii) how the arrangement will vary the effect of the terms; (iii) how the Employee will be better off overall in relation to the terms and conditions of his or her employment as a result of the arrangement; and (iv) states the day on which the arrangement commences. 10.4 The Employer must give the Employee a copy of the individual flexibility arrangement within fourteen (14) days. 10.5 Upon request by the relevant Employee/s, the Employer must provide copies of all flexibility arrangements made under this clause to the Union/Union Delegate/Employee Representative. 10.6 The Employer or Employee may terminate the individual flexibility arrangement by giving not more than twenty-eight (28) days’ written notice to the other Party to the arrangement; or if the Employer and Employee agree in writing at any time.

  • Financial Arrangements The Commonwealth will provide an estimated total financial contribution to the States of up to $9.5 billion (GST exclusive) in respect of this Agreement, as set out in Part 5 – Financial Arrangements.

  • Tax Arrangements 47.1 Where the Contractor is liable to be taxed in the UK in respect of consideration received under this contract, it shall at all times comply with the Income Tax (Earnings and Xxxxxxxx) Xxx 0000 (ITEPA) and all other statutes and regulations relating to income tax in respect of that consideration. 47.2 Where the Contractor is liable to National Insurance Contributions (NICs) in respect of consideration received under this Framework Agreement, it shall at all times comply with the Social Security Contributions and Benefits Xxx 0000 (SSCBA) and all other statutes and regulations relating to NICs in respect of that consideration. 47.3 The Authority may, at any time during the term of this Framework Agreement, request the Contractor to provide information which demonstrates how the Contractor complies with sub-clauses 47.1 and 47.2 above or why those clauses do not apply to it. 47.4 A request under sub-clause 47.3 above may specify the information which the Contractor must provide and the period within which that information must be provided.

  • Special Arrangements No Taxation Authority is operating any special arrangement (being an arrangement which is not based on relevant legislation or any published practice) in relation to the affairs of any Group Company.
