Brokerage and Custody. As noted above, your participation in the Program requires that you enter into the Customer Agreement. Your receipt of brokerage services pursuant to the Program requires that you establish an EarlyBird Account. The Customer Agreement pertains to the brokerage services provided by Apex to effect brokerage transactions in your EarlyBird Account. Under the Customer Agreement, and subject to its terms and conditions, Apex is generally responsible for:
(i) maintaining and recording transactions in cash and securities (including fractional shares) in your EarlyBird Account; (ii) sending orders placed by EarlyBird for execution, clearance, and settlement; and (iii) providing you with statements, confirmations, other required documentation, and other information about your EarlyBird Account and transactions therein. By entering into this Advisory Agreement, you authorize and instruct EarlyBird to place orders to buy and sell securities on your behalf and at your direction. You acknowledge and agree that orders for purchases or sales in your EarlyBird Account may be combined with orders for purchases or sales of securities in other accounts under the Program and/or with purchases or sales of securities by EarlyBird into larger orders for aggregate transactions for each applicable security in the EarlyBird Account. You agree that EarlyBird will introduce orders to Apex for clearance and settlement. EarlyBird may transmit or help facilitate your requests for withdrawals or transfers to the ACH Operator (as defined below) and/or the Custodian. EarlyBird shall have no authority to initiate any withdrawal or otherwise to transfer any securities or money out of your EarlyBird Account other than (i) fee deductions, or (ii) in connection with the termination of your EarlyBird Account pursuant to the terms and conditions of this Advisory Agreement. Other than in connection with our automated deposit features (as described in Attachment B), in each case if you have chosen to enroll in one or more of such features, EarlyBird shall have no authority to initiate any deposit or otherwise transfer any securities or money into your EarlyBird Account.
Brokerage and Custody. The client shall open one or more accounts at WT Wealth Management’s recommended Custodian. The Custodian will hold the assets in the Client’s Account. Advisor will not maintain physical custody of Client’s funds and securities. All checks for investment purposes shall be made payable to the Custodian. Advisor shall not act as custodian for the assets in the Account and shall not be liable to Client for any independent act, conduct, or omission by Custodian.
Brokerage and Custody. USBI, as broker-dealer, will maintain your Account. In that capacity, USBI will have the authority to execute purchase and sale orders, and will provide custody, clearing, administrative, and recordkeeping services. As custodian, we will have access to all monies in your Account. The rights and protections you grant to us under the Brokerage Agreement executed in connection with this Agreement are fully integrated with the rights and protections you grant to us in this Agreement. If the rights and protections in this Agreement and the Brokerage Agreement are in conflict, the terms of this Agreement will control. We may, but are not required to, aggregate orders for the sale or purchase of securities for the Account with orders for the same security for our other clients, including our employees and their related persons, and for our own account. In these cases, each Account will be charged or credited with the average price per share or unit.
Brokerage and Custody. Broker shall maintain the Account and custody of the Assets credited thereof, and perform functions such as executing transactions and crediting of interest and dividends. The Client shall retain ownership of all cash, securities, and other instruments in the Account. Client represents and warrants that Client is satisfied with the terms and conditions relating to all services to be provided by Broker. Optimal shall not have any responsibility for obtaining the best prices or commission rates for the Account. Client recognizes that Client may have been able to obtain better prices or rates from a broker- dealer other than Broker.
Brokerage and Custody. The General Partner shall select such brokers to effect the purchase, sale and other acquisition or disposition o f investments, and such custodians to maintain custody thereof, as it deems appropriate, which may include brokers or custodians which are Affiliates of, or otherwise associated with, the General Partner. The General Partner shall attempt to obtain from any broker the lowest net price and best execution available, consistent with the Partnership’s investment objectives and good practice. In any event, fees and commissions paid by the Partnership to any broker or custodian shall be reasonable in relation to the services provided and comparable to fees and commissions charged by other brokets or custodians to unaffiliated institutional customers for similar transactions at the time, although they may not necessarily be the lowest charges obtainable. In selecting any broker or custodian, the General Partner may take into account the fact that it has furnished the General Partner with statistical, research or other information or services which may enhance the General Partner’s services generally, whether or not such services are of any benefit to the Partnership.
Brokerage and Custody. (a) Unless otherwise directed by Client, Adviser is authorized to select the brokers or dealers that will execute purchase and sale transactions for the Account. Client will be responsible for paying all brokerage commissions. Custody of Account assets will be maintained with an independent custodian (the “Custodian”). Client will be responsible for entering into a custodian agreement with the Custodian. Adviser shall not have custody of any assets or funds in the Account. Client will be solely responsible for paying all fees or charges of the Custodian. Client will provide, or will direct the Custodian to provide, to Adviser copies of all periodic statements and other reports for the Account prepared by the Custodian, as well as access to Account data via electronic interface. Adviser shall direct all brokers or dealers executing orders on behalf of the Account to forward confirmations of those transactions promptly to the Custodian.
(b) Upon the receipt by Adviser of a written request signed by a duly authorized officer of Client, requesting Adviser to release to Client money or other property held by Adviser for the account of Client (taking into account liabilities under repurchase agreements and collateralized obligations of the Account), if any, Adviser shall promptly, but in no event later than thirty (30) days after such request, release such money or other property to Client.
Brokerage and Custody. By using the Platform, you authorize and direct us to place all trades in your account through the Custodian. All orders to purchase or sell securities are made by you through the Platform. No other method exists for placing orders for transactions. All orders are placed in a queue and executed during normal market hours. We have discretion over the timing of execution of all orders. We place aggregated orders involving multiple client accounts trading in the same securities. Each client that participates in an aggregated transaction will participate at the average share price for transactions in the aggregated order. The Custodian is generally responsible for: (a) maintaining and recording transactions in cash and securities in your Passfolio Account; (b) sending orders placed by us for execution, clearance, and settlement; and (c) providing you with statements, confirmations, other required documentation, and other information about your Passfolio Account and transactions therein. We may transmit or help facilitate your requests for withdrawals or transfers to the Custodian. We will have no authority to initiate any withdrawal or otherwise to transfer any securities or money out of your Passfolio Account other than fee deductions. You retain sole ownership of your Passfolio Account, including the right to withdraw securities or cash, exercise or delegate proxy voting, take action directly as a security holder against the issuer of any security in your Passfolio Account, and receive transaction confirmations. You may make deposits and withdrawals at any time, subject to any maintenance requirements of the Custodian.

Brokerage and Custody a. Interactive Brokers LLC is the sole broker-dealer and custodian in connection with Interactive Advisors services under this Agreement, and will be responsible for the custody, receipt and delivery of securities and other assets in each Client Account. Interactive Brokers LLC and Interactive Advisors are affiliated corporate entities.
b. Advisor acknowledges that trading through Interactive Brokers LLC may not always result in the lowest commissions and/or custody fees.
Brokerage and Custody. Pursuant to the acceptance of this agreement by Client, Adviser will generally have the authority to determine the broker-dealers to be used to effect securities transactions and the brokerage rates to be paid. Where Adviser has authority to direct brokerage, for the trades generated by Adviser, the trades will typically be directed through Interactive Brokers (xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/en/home.php) as custodian, broker dealer, and clearing broker. Other broker dealers may be utilized as required, at the sole discretion of Adviser.
