Budget Revision Requests. The Provider and the ADAMH Board shall work cooperatively to process requests for budget revisions in a timely manner. The Provider shall submit complete and accurate information in writing to support the agency initiated request up to twice a year, and the ADAMH Board shall process requests as soon as possible and within 60 days upon receipt. Budget revision requests for services purchased under this contract must be made no later June 30. Please see Appendix A to this contract that describes the contract modification process.

Budget Revision Requests. A request for line item transfers within budget categories must be made prior to any expenditure made using requested budget changes. The line item transfers may be approved, provided such transfers do not exceed the total Agreement amount and do not compromise the intent of the program/services. The terms of this Exhibit shall apply to Subrecipient, and all of its subcontractors, subrecipients, and any other entities or persons (excluding beneficiaries) receiving or being reimbursed under the Agreement. Subrecipient shall include this Exhibit in all agreements executed for performance of this Agreement, as relevant. To the extent there are conflicts between this Exhibit and the Agreement, this Exhibit shall prevail unless stated otherwise. Subrecipients who receive funding under the American Rescue Plan Act ("ARPA") Coronavirus State and Local Fiscal Recovery Fund shall comply with all ARPA-applicable requirements of federal, State, and local laws, ordinances, executive orders, regulations, project and administrative requirements, policies and any other requirements and any other requirements including but not limited to current and subsequent U.S. Treasury rules, regulations, guidelines, and instructions, executive orders and other applicable laws. This Exhibit includes key provisions of the ARPA set forth in 2 CFR Appendix II to Part 200 (Contract Provisions for Non-Federal Entity Contracts Under Federal Awards), and in no means limits the Subrecipient's obligation to comply with all applicable requirements of federal, State, and local laws, ordinances, executive orders, regulations, program and administrative requirements, policies and any other requirements a as they pertain to the performance of this Agreement.

  • Budget Revisions Grantee shall obtain Prior Approval from Grantor whenever a Budget revision is necessary for one or more of the reasons enumerated in 2 CFR 200.308 or 44 Ill. Admin. Code 7000.370(b). All requests for Budget revisions that require Grantor approval shall be signed by Grantee’s authorized representative and submitted to Grantor for approval. Expenditure of funds under a requested revision is prohibited and will not be reimbursed if expended before Grantor gives written approval.

  • BUDGET REDUCTIONS In the event that the County’s Board of Supervisors adopts, in any fiscal year, a County Budget which provides for reductions in the salaries and benefits paid to the majority of County employees and imposes similar reductions with respect to County Contracts, the County reserves the right to reduce its payment obligation under this Contract correspondingly for that fiscal year and any subsequent fiscal year during the term of this Contract (including any extensions), and the services to be provided by the Contractor under this Contract shall also be reduced correspondingly. The County’s notice to the Contractor regarding said reduction in payment obligation shall be provided within thirty (30) calendar days of the Board’s approval of such actions. Except as set forth in the preceding sentence, the Contractor shall continue to provide all of the services set forth in this Contract.

  • Vacation Requests Regular employees become eligible for paid vacation leave once they have completed six (6) months of continuous employment. Vacations requests must be submitted by no later than January 31st to be scheduled for the vacation calendar year of April 1 - March 31. Vacation time may be divided into blocks of one to two weeks in duration. Scheduling of vacation shall be in accordance with seniority within a classification. Where an employee chooses to split their vacation, they shall exercise seniority rights in the choice of the first vacation period. Seniority shall prevail in the choice of the second vacation period but only after all other first vacation periods have been selected. Remaining vacation periods will be scheduled in a fair and equitable manner amongst employees within a classification. The approved vacation schedule will be posted at the worksite on or before February 28th in each year. Employees will be limited to booking a maximum of two (2) consecutive weeks of vacation during prime vacation period (June 15 - September 15; and December 15 - January 5), unless further consecutive weeks would not interfere with the vacation preferences of less senior employees. The Employer will make every effort to accommodate requests for vacation of more than two (2) consecutive weeks outside of prime vacation periods. Employees failing to exercise their right to request vacation within the vacation selection time posted by the Employer will forfeit their seniority rights with respect to choice of vacation time. In such cases, the Employer reserves the right to schedule vacation time for the employee. A maximum of two (2) weeks of vacation time may be carried forward from one year to another. Employees who wish to carry vacation forward should notify the Employer by January 31st. If the employee has not requested all of their vacation leave, the Employer reserves the right to schedule the remaining vacation days within the last four (4) months of the calendar year. The Employer may also pay out unused vacation credits at the end of February each calendar year.

  • CFR PART 200 Contract Provisions Explanation Required Federal contract provisions of Federal Regulations for Contracts for contracts with ESC Region 8 and TIPS Members: The following provisions are required to be in place and agreed if the procurement is funded in any part with federal funds. The ESC Region 8 and TIPS Members are the subgrantee or Subrecipient by definition. Most of the provisions are located in 2 CFR PART 200 - Appendix II to Part 200—Contract Provisions for Non-Federal Entity Contracts Under Federal Awards at 2 CFR PART 200. Others are included within 2 CFR part 200 et al.
