Building Directory Signage. Landlord, at its cost, shall place, -------------------------- construct and maintain a directory, which shall be located in the lobby of the Building, exclusively for the display of the names of tenants in the Building and their respective suite numbers.
(a) Tenant and Landlord shall agree on all signage requested by Tenant, which signage must comply with Building standards already in place. All signage shall be furnished and installed at Tenant's expense. Landlord shall cooperate, without charge to Tenant, in assisting Tenant in obtaining any required government approvals.
Building Directory Signage. Landlord acknowledges that it currently maintains a program for providing Building directory signage for its tenants and agrees that so long as it maintains any type of Building directory signage generally identifying the tenants of the Building (“Directory Signage”) located in the lobby of, or elsewhere within the interior Common Areas of the Building, Tenant shall have the right to have its name placed on such Directory Signage along with other tenants, with the size, color, and other aesthetics of both the Directory Signage and Tenant’s designation thereon to be determined by Landlord in its sole and absolute discretion. Subject to the foregoing, Landlord will provide Tenant with building standard Directory Signage at Landlord’s cost and expense.
Building Directory Signage. Landlord agrees that Tenant shall have the right to have its company name listed on the building directory located in the main lobby of the Building (the “Directory Signage”), along with other tenants, with the size, color, and other aesthetics of both the Directory Signage and Tenant’s designation thereon to be determined by Landlord in its sole and absolute discretion. In addition, so long as Landlord’s Directory Signage is in the form of an electronic directory, Tenant shall also have the right to have its officers and executive personnel listed by name in the electronic directory constituting the Directory Signage
Building Directory Signage. The Tenant shall be entitled to one (1) entry to the Building directory. If space permits, all of the members of the Tenant's professional staff shall be separately listed.
Building Directory Signage. Tenant, at its sole cost and expense, may install signage on the Building’s multi-tenant Building directory in Building 1 and Building 2 reflecting Tenant’s name and suite number.
Building Directory Signage. Landlord shall list the name of Tenant on the Building directory, if any, and in any computer or other directory, if any, serving the Building at no cost to Tenant (except as may otherwise be included in Operating Expenses) and also, at Tenant’s expense, on (a) any lobby directory listing certain Building tenants, if any, and (b) outside of the entry to Tenant’s suite. In the event that any monument or other exterior sign listing tenant(s) in the Building is installed on the Property, Tenant shall have the right, at Tenant’s cost and expense, to be listed on such sign in a size and location that is commensurate with Tenant’s pro rata share of the Rentable Area of the Building.
Building Directory Signage. Landlord shall provide Tenant with standard signage on the Building directory, which signage shall include the name of Tenant and its departments and affiliates located within the Premises, at no charge to Tenant.
Building Directory Signage. Landlord, at Landlord’s sole cost and expense, shall provide and maintain throughout the Term signage identifying Tenant and up to five (5) of Tenant’s offices, departments and other informational categories as Tenant shall specify to Landlord from time to time during the Term on all directory signage located at the Building.

Building Directory Signage. Subtenant shall be obligated for all costs, if any, associated with directory signage in the lobby of the Building and shall work directly with Building management to pursue such signage as permitted in the Master Lease.
