Tenant will not obstruct the halls, passages, exits, entrances, elevators or stairways of the Building (“Interior Common Areas”) or the Common Areas, and Tenant will not use the Interior Common Areas or the Common Areas for any purpose other than ingress and egress to and from the Premises.
