Included in the sale as a part of the Premises are the buildings, structures, and improvements now thereon, and the fixtures belonging to the Seller and used in connection therewith, if any. Xxxxx has the right of abandonment of any personal property left on the property at time of Closing.

BUILDINGS, STRUCTURES, IMPROVEMENTS, FIXTURES. The building, improvements and fixtures on the premises shall be conveyed with the land in its condition “as is.”

Included in the sale as a part of said Premises are the buildings, structures, and improvements now thereon, and the installed permanent fixtures belonging to the SELLER and used in connection therewith including, if any, all furnaces, heaters, heating equipment, oil and gas burners and fixtures appurtenant thereto, hot water heaters, plumbing and bathroom fixtures, electric and other lighting fixtures, trees, shrubs and plants.
BUILDINGS, STRUCTURES, IMPROVEMENTS, FIXTURES. The Unit will be constructed by the SELLER, as more particularly shown on the plans (the “Plans”) attached hereto as Exhibit A and incorporated herein by reference and shall be constructed in accordance with the specifications (the “Specifications”) attached hereto as Exhibit B and incorporated herein by reference. Xxxxxx agrees to complete construction of the Unit and perform such other work as may be required, in a good and workmanlike manner using only first class new materials, pursuant to said Plans and Specifications, without material deviation. The Unit will be shown on a final site plan to be recorded with the Plymouth County Registry of Deeds (the “Site Plan”). Included in the sale as a part of the Unit are the fixtures and all appliances including all items listed in the Specifications, the extent to which any of such fixtures may be governed in part by provisions contained in the Condominium Documents.

The following items shall be excluded from the sale and shall be removed from the Premises by the SELLER at SELLER’S sole cost and expense prior to the Closing: (i) the above ground fuel tank that is presently being used to store diesel fuel,(ii) all vehicle lifts and (iii) a compressor.
BUILDINGS, STRUCTURES, IMPROVEMENTS, FIXTURES. The Land contains those certain buildings (collectively, the “Buildings”) commonly known as 000 X Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxx, Xxxxxxxx. The Land and the Buildings are collectively referred to herein as the “Property”. The Property includes all easements, rights of way, licenses, privileges, development rights, if any, hereditaments and appurtenances to the Property, together with the buildings, structures, improvements and fixtures now thereon or used in connection therewith, including all plumbing, heating, ventilating, air-conditioning, lighting, electrical, and utility systems and all trees, shrubbery and plantings, all as now in or on the Property, all of which shall become the property of Purchaser at the time of Closing (as defined in Section 8) and are included in the Purchase Price (as defined in Section 6).
