Utility Systems. Lessor shall repair and maintain the electrical, lighting, water and plumbing systems in good order, condition and repair.
Utility Systems. All utility systems and facilities including water, fuel and electricity, and including all charges for Utilities used or consumed within the Licensed Premises.
Utility Systems. Grantor reserves the right to install and maintain utility systems that are reasonably required to serve the structures allowed under Section 1(A) through (E), provided that the location of any utility system shall be approved in writing and in advance by Grantee, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld.
Utility Systems. (1) Installation of mechanical equipment that does not affect the visual integrity or exterior fabric of the building.
(2) Replacement, removal, or upgrading of electrical wiring.
(3) Replacement of floor furnaces and floor registers with surface-mounted wall heating systems or hot water appliances. Repairs to the floors will be done with in-kind materials and design.
(4) Repair, replacement, removal, or upgrading of water and plumbing systems when historic features, such as hand pumps, are left in place. Historic plumbing fixtures should be retained and used if possible.
Utility Systems. 1. Installation of mechanical equipment that does not affect the visual integrity of the lot or exterior fabric of the recreation residence.
2. Replacing, removing, or upgrading electrical wiring, where installation of exterior features is confined to the wiring itself and a single replacement or addition of a breaker box inconspicuously placed on a minor facade.
3. Repairing, replacing, removing, or upgrading underground gas, heating, septic, sewer, storm, or water systems, and underground electrical, gas, heating oil, water, sewer, or xxxxx lines, where external historic features, such as hand pumps, are left in place, where these activities are restricted to specific, identified, previously disturbed areas, and where no archaeological resources are present.
4. Replacement of above-ground water tanks with ones of fiberglass or metal, when the color and texture of the existing or historic tanks are replicated, or when landscaping camouflages the replacement tank. Redwood tanks with plastic inserts are also feasible. Where no archaeological resources are present, construction of a structure around a tank to control temperature is allowed when landscaping camouflages visible changes.
5. Replacement, enlarging, or installation of above-ground liquid propane gas systems or heating oil storage tanks, if tanks meet code and are appropriately screened to not impinge upon the historic setting.
6. Replacement of historic communications equipment, when the same size, shape, and general configuration are retained, or installation of inconspicuous communications equipment, consistent with FSH 2709,11, 41.23g, 3k; this excludes large antennae, and large satellite or communications dishes.
Utility Systems. Employees must possess a State of California Department of Public Health Grade 1 Water Distribution Certificate and a Grade I CWEA Collection Systems Certificate. All participants must possess a valid Class C California driver’s license and comply with the respiratory protection program. CPR/First-Aid Training is required. Qualifying to participate in the Utility Systems Duty program is at the discretion of the Utility Systems Supervisor based upon the individual’s certifications and field experience.
Utility Systems. Obtain information concerning location and nature of existing underground services from agencies concerned prior to commencing work.
Utility Systems. Some or all of the utility lines, systems (including mains and service leads) and equipment, and any telecommunication systems, described above may be owned by the local public authority or by the company that is providing the pertinent service. Accordingly, such utility lines, systems and equipment, and any telecommunications systems, shall be Common Elements only to the extent of the Co-owners' interest therein, if any, and Developer makes no warranty whatever with respect to the nature or extent of such interest, if any. The extent of the Developer's responsibility will be to see to it that telephone, water, electric, and natural gas mains exist or are installed within reasonable proximity to, but not necessarily within, the Units.
Utility Systems. All water and wastewater treatment equipment and facilities, wells, pumping xxxipment, connections, tanks, reservoirs, mains, meters and hydrants owned by Seller and described in Schedule 1.2 (a) hereof.
Utility Systems. To use and inspect any and all Utility Systems from time to time situate within the Remainder Parcel which serve (exclusively or otherwise) the Air Space Parcel and, at reasonable times and upon 3 days’ notice (except in the case of emergency when no notice will be required), to enter, go, pass and xxxxxx, with or without supplies, equipment and machinery, within, over and upon those parts of the Remainder Parcel as the ASP Owner may reasonably require for the purpose of the foregoing.
