BULLETIN    SPACE. The District will make a reasonable attempt to provide a 41 bulletin board space in each school for use by the Association. Bulletins posted by the 42 Association are the responsibility of the officials of the Association and shall be limited to 43 official Association business. Each bulletin shall be signed by the Association 44 representative responsible for posting. Unsigned notices or bulletins may not be posted. 1 There shall be no posting of literature by representatives of the Association on District 2 property other than as herein provided.

  • Bulletin Board Space The City shall provide reasonable space on bulletin boards for official Union notices of a non-controversial nature at each central work area.

  • Open Space Acquisitions within the PPA. The County agrees that for the term of this IGA it will not purchase or otherwise acquire any land within the PPA for open space purposes, including conservation easements and transfer of development right sending sites without the approval of the Town.

  • ARTICLE BULLETIN BOARDS The Employer agrees to supply and make available to the Union for the posting of seniority lists and Union notices one (1) bulletin board in such place so as to inform all employees in the bargaining unit of the activities of the Union.

  • Use of Bulletin Boards Space shall be made available to OCEA on agency/departmental bulletin boards within the Representation Unit provided such use does not interfere with the needs of the agency/department and material posted is not derogatory to the County, County employees or other employee organizations. Notice shall be dated and signed by the authorized representatives of OCEA responsible for its issuance.

  • Plumbing fixtures and appliances shall be used only for the purposes for which designed, and no sweepings, rubbish, rags or other unsuitable material shall be thrown or deposited therein. Damage resulting to any such fixtures or appliances from misuse by a tenant or its agents, employees or invitees, shall be paid by such tenant.

  • PROVISION OF BULLETIN BOARD SPACE AND OTHER FACILITIES 8.1 The Council will continue its present practice whereby it provides bulletin board space for the posting of Association notices pertaining to such matters, but not limited to, elections, appointments and social and recreational affairs. Such notices will continue to be subject to the approval of the Council.
