Bundle. Tree, shrub and brush trimmings or newspapers and magazines securely tied together forming an easily handled package not exceeding four (4) feet in length or thirty-five (35) lbs. in weight. A Bundle shall not include any Excluded Waste.
Bundle. A Weighted combination of Issuer Securities held together in a single group with each Issuer Security making up different proportions (ie percentage Weightings) of the total value of that Bundle as designated and managed by FWT according to the General Investment Objectives and the Investment Strategy disclosed to you in terms of clause 3.3 below.

If an STE Service is offered by a telephone company in a DSL Bundle, the monthly price to subscribers for such DSL Bundle is suggested to be equal to or greater than the DSL Bundle Amount SLP. If any monthly DSL Bundle price is less than the DSL Bundle Amount SLP, then each subscriber who pays or is otherwise authorized to access such lower priced STE Service bundle shall be subject to the relevant Multiplier for purposes of determining STE’s compliance with the Internet Cap as described below.

Where a Product is sold in a Bundle, then for the purposes of calculating the Net Sales under this Agreement, the Continuing Party Net Sales attributable to Product shall be determined by multiplying the Continuing Party Net Sales amount for the Bundle during the applicable reporting period, calculated as set forth hereunder, by the fraction A/(A+B), where: A is the weighted average sale price of the Product during the applicable reporting period when such Product is sold alone, and Y is the weighted average sale price of the other therapeutically active ingredient(s) in the Bundle during the applicable reporting period when sold alone, in each case in the same dosage and dosage form and in the same country as the Bundle during the applicable reporting period. In the event that the Product or one or more of the other therapeutically active ingredient(s) in the Bundle are not sold separately, the Parties shall confer in good faith to determine an equitable fair market price to apply to such Product.
Bundle. A bundle of micro-scale project activities making use of different methodologies may be submitted within the same PDD. CDM rules apply for small-scale projects.
