Business Scope of the Company. The business scope of the Company is the development, engineering, industrialization, testing, production, marketing, sales, distribution and servicing of Xxxxx XXX models e.GO Life and its Releases and Successor Models and parts for private and commercial use. The Company, directly or through its developed network, shall market, distribute and sell the Xxxxx XXX models e.GO Life and their Releases and Successor Models in Bulgaria and in other countries as specified in SCHEDULE [*] to distributors and to end customers at market price. The distribution and sales by the Company to e.GO and any of its Affiliates shall be subject to separate agreements at arm’s length. The Company shall carry out its production and operation activities at the Factory which will be constructed and operational on the Land. The Company will procure and purchase the components to be used in the production from either the respective Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) at prices of such OEMs or from e.GO based on OEM prices, always complying with the arm’s length principles resulting from applicable tax law requirements and based on an open-book calculation.
Business Scope of the Company. The business scope of the Company is to provide safety testing and certification services, management system registration services, commercial inspection and testing service, EMC and telecom testing services for products distributed in Chinese and international markets. The Company will conduct the business described in, and in accordance with the terms of, the JV Contract and these Articles of Association.

(2) Technology services, technology development, technology consulting, technology exchange, technology transfer, technology promotion; manufacturing of automotive parts and accessories;

Business Scope of the Company. 3.1 According to the Corporate Business License (No. 110116001295888) of Yanhuang Shengshi issued by Beijing Administration for Industry and Commerce Huairou Office on September 25, 2008, after registration of the business alteration for the Proposed Equity Transfer, Yanhuang Shengshi’s approved business scope is: design, fabrication, consignment and release of domestic and foreign-merchant advertisement in China; undertaking of exhibition and show activities; organization of cultural and art exchange activities (exclusive of performance).
3.2 According to the Corporate Business License (No. 110116001968876) of Shenzhou Shengshi issued by Beijing Administration for Industry and Commerce on September 2, 2008, after registration of the business alteration for the Proposed Shenzhou Shengshi’s Equity Transfer, Shenzhou Shengshi’s approved business scope is: design, fabrication, consignment and release of domestic and foreign-merchant advertisement in China.

Business scope of the Company: construction, operation, maintenance and repair of wind electric power plant, research and development of wind power generation equipment and evaluation of wind resources. Produce electricity from the facilities to be sold to the state owned Grid Company in Shandong Province.

(a) property loss insurance;
(b) liability insurance;
(c) statutory liability insurance;
(d) credit insurance and guarantee insurance;

(g) short-term health insurance and accident insurance;
(h) reinsurance business of the foregoing;
