By Beginning Teachers. 18.6.2.1 A Consulting Teacher will be assigned to one (1) or more Beginning Teachers to provide assistance. During the first year of assistance to a Beginning Teacher, the Consulting Teacher shall concentrate the assistance in the area of the CSTP. In the second year of assistance to a Beginning Teacher, assuming continued employment, the Consulting Teacher will focus the assistance in the areas listed by the evaluating Principal as needing improvement and/or assistance.

By Beginning Teachers. 2.1 A Consulting Teacher will be assigned to one or more Beginning Teachers to provide assistance during the beginning teacher’s temporary or probationary status. The Consulting Teacher will work in conjunction with the evaluator and those two individuals will develop the Professional Growth Plan (required by the State) for all temporary and probationary teachers in conjunction with the evaluator.
