BY LAST DAY OF SCHOOL. Final written reports shall be forwarded to the Human Resources Office by the last day of school. The non-teaching professional staff member shall receive a copy of the final written evaluation report after having signed the report in the presence of the evaluator. The non-teaching professional staff member’s signature shall indicate s/he has read and is familiar with the evaluator’s report, but the signature does not necessarily imply agreement with the final evaluation report. If a non-teaching professional staff member receives a less than effective performance evaluation, the evaluator shall provide the non-teaching professional staff member with an individualized development plan in consultation with the individual non-teaching professional staff member

  • DURATION OF SCHOOL DAY AND YEAR 33C) The duration of the school day and year will be the responsibility of the Academy Trust.

  • Rostered Day Off 3.5.1 Any employee who by the circumstances of the arrangement of their ordinary hours of work is entitled to a rostered day off which falls on a public holiday prescribed by this clause shall, by mutual agreement, be paid for that day seven hours thirty six minutes at ordinary rates or have an additional day added to his/her annual leave, or shall be allowed to take the day off on an alternative weekday. Provided that where in the case of a shift worker the holiday on which he is rostered off falls on a Saturday or Sunday, this provision shall not apply.
