C redit Allowances. Unless otherwise addressed in a service level agreement attached to this Agreement, Comcast will allow a pro-rata credit against future payment of the net monthly recurring charge (exclusive of nonrecurring charges, other one- time charges, per call charges, measured charges, regulatory fees and surcharges, taxes, and other governmental and quasi- governmental fees) for a Service Interruption, except as specified below or as may otherwise be legally required (“Credit”). to the extent caused by force majeure conditions such as acts of God, fire, explosion, power blackout, cable cut, acts of regulatory or governmental agencies, unavailability of right-of-way, unavailability of services or materials upon which the Services rely, or other causes beyond the party’s reasonable control, except that Customer’s obligation to pay for Services provided shall not be excused. Changes in economic, business or competitive condition shall not be considered force majeure events.

  • Shift Allowances (a) An Employee whilst on afternoon or night shift must be paid for such shift 15% more than the Employee’s ordinary rate.

  • Meal Allowances Employees assigned to be in travel status between the employee's temporary or permanent work station and a field assignment shall be reimbursed for the actual cost of meals including a reasonable gratuity.   • Boot Allowance The District will pay $180 toward the purchase and/or repair of work boots for District Employees listed in the District’s Work Apparel Policy and/or at the discretion of the employee’s department manager. Payment will be made by the first full paycheck of the employee’s date of hire and annually thereafter. Boots must meet applicable OSHA standards for the duties assigned.

  • Cleaning Allowance The University will pay for the cleaning of Department issued uniforms and necessary work clothing requiring cleaning worn by employees assigned to non-uniformed positions.

  • Site Allowance All new construction and extension/refurbishment work having a project value in excess of $2.0m will attract the then current City of Melbourne Site Allowance.

  • Special Allowances The Bank shall provide Executive with either the use of an automobile or an automobile allowance and either the use of a cellular telephone or a cellular telephone allowance during the Employment Period in accordance with the standard policies and practices of the Bank and consistent with that provided to Executive as of the Effective Date; provided that the allowance for a given year must be paid to the Executive not later than 2.5 months after the end of such year.
