Cabins to Sample Clauses

Cabins to. Rent collects personal information to help to provide the Cabin under this Agreement and also: a To respond to communications from the Hirer; b To bill the Hirer and to collect money that the Hirer owe, including authorising and processing credit card transactions; c To protect and/or enforce Cabins to Rent’s legal rights and interests, including defending any claim; d For any other purpose authorised by the Hirer or the Privacy Act 1993.

  • Lockers Where working conditions or weather requires regular employees to have additional clothing available at their regular point of assembly, the Employer shall provide appropriate secure individual lockers within the assembly room building.
