Calculation of Sick Leave. 1. There shall be fifteen (15) days of sick leave per school year for each full-time unit member employed by the Board. Unit members who render part-time, seasonal, intermittent, per diem, or hourly service shall be entitled to sick leave for the time actually worked at the same rate as that granted like full-time unit members. A unit member employed as a substitute with an assignment to one specific teaching position shall, after sixty (60) days of service, be granted sick leave.
