Calculation of Sick Leave. A. All employees covered by this Agreement shall accumulate sick leave with pay as provided by N.J.A.C. 4A:6-1.3 and shall reimburse the Employer for excess sick leave as provided by N.J.A.C. 4A:6-1.5.
