California Family Rights Leave. The employee shall be entitled to leave under the California Family Rights Act (CFRA), if needed, after FMLA/PDL time is exhausted. The maximum amount of Maternity Leave Time (the combination of FMLA, PDL, and CFRA leave time) shall not exceed twenty-eight (28) weeks.
