CALL BACK AND REPORTING PAY. 34.01 If an employee is called back to work and reports to work: (a) on a general holiday which is not his or her scheduled day of work, or (b) on his or her day of rest, or (c) after he or she has completed his or her work for the day and has left his or her place of work and returns to work, he or she shall be entitled to the greater of: (i) the appropriate compensation as specified in Article 27 or Article 32, whichever is applicable, for any time worked, or (ii) a minimum of three (3) hours' pay at the applicable overtime rate. (a) When an employee is recalled to work overtime under the conditions described in clause 34.01, and is required to use transportation services other than normal public transportation services, the employee's entitlement to transportation costs will be as provided in the NAV CANADA Travel Program. (b) Other than when required by the Company to use a vehicle of the Company for transportation to a work location other than his or her normal place of work, time spent by the employee reporting to work or returning to his or her residence shall not constitute time worked.
