Common use of Call Back Minimum Clause in Contracts

Call Back Minimum. Employees called to work during scheduled off-duty hours shall be compensated in the form of compensatory time off at the rate of one and one-half (1½) hours for each hour worked with a minimum of four (4) hours' compensatory time off earned for each such call to work. The minimum of four (4) hours shall not apply when such a call to work is an extension of or early report to a scheduled shift. This provision shall not apply to situations arising out of Section 9.5, Temporary Change in Shifts.
